just don’t go there . Wasting of time . Each employee saying different thing . They don’t know how everything works and give you wrong info . And we trust them our money ….. just no words ! Plus had an appt at 4 pm, and they didn’t take us because were busy . What’s the point to have an appt then …..

These ratings justify experience at this branch. Very indifferent staff here with least provided help.

Not very customer centric...long lines inside for simple tasks such as making a deposit. If you need any special services, just go elsewhere...long waits, not very accommodating and certainly not the best attitudes. Shame, I been their customer for over 20 years!

Horrible customer service. The lady didn’t even attempt to try to help me. I came to the one on route 59 and everything was perfect. They helped me and greeted me right away!

Horrible service - I’ve been trying for a month to get a new account set up. Impossible to set up an account online and had to wait several weeks for an appointment. Finally had my appointment but the whole branch and every other branch in the area was closed. Went to the only branch in the area that was open and they turned me away at the door and still would not help me set up a new account on the spot - I’d have to make another appointment. Obviously they don’t want my money - it is WAY too hard to set up a new account! I’ll take my money elsewhere.

It is absolutely unacceptable this bank and other BOA's have been closed this long. As a small business owner, I need access to the bank to make weekly cash deposits and banking services to ensure I can provide change/currency to my customers. If anything, they should go to a "skeleton crew," but remain open. I'm seriously considering moving to another bank as this is unacceptable even in the age of COVID. Signed, A very, very disappointed 15 year loyal customer.

Terrible service! I needed to withdrawal money to pay my handyman this morning before my husband left for work, and the ATM said withdrawal temporarily unavailable. I was in my PJs because I had to get home quick, so I wasn't going in the lobby. Since the drive thru apparently had no cash in it or wasn't functioning properly, I had to go to the BMO Harris Bank to withdrawal cash. When I phoned BOA 800 number to get the fees waived, the wait to talk to a person was 40-50 minutes. Then I called the branch and was told by a machine that everyone was busy and then it hung up on me. No voicemail option, nothing. When I called back, the woman said she could not help me over the phone, I had to come in. Again, I have no car today and the issue is because their machine wasn't working. Terrible customer service - I am switching to USAA!!!

Worst customer service ever at any bank I’ve been with. 3:10 on a Friday afternoon and only one teller available! They closed half their locations and all their drive thru banking. Who is the Genius that thought of that?? I’ll be taking my money out of this bank and going elsewhere!!

I had an appointment for 9:00 in this branch. The bank's schedule says that the branch is open from 9:00. The bank was closed at 9 am. At 9:10 am, an employee came to the door and said that they would start working at 9:30! Now I'm sitting and waiting...

Great B of A location, professional yet friendly staff! Was here working on switching my mom to Medicaid, trying to get an account setup. The staff that helped me was top notch, I will be returning to this location for my future B of A transactions.
