  Tony Lander is great! I work in the real estate industry and have had the pleasure of working with Tony on numerous escrows prior to becoming a buyer myself. When the time came to purchase a home, I knew I wanted to have Tony represent and help us on this big purchase. Knowledgeable of the ever changing market, helpful and responsive, patient, great negotiator and kind to all involved in the transaction, not to mention how cool of a guy he is...it was a no brainer!   When it came time for my stepson to buy his first home, my husband and I wanted to make sure he worked with someone we all felt comfortable around, and who we knew would have his best interests at heart. Tony Lander was all these things and more! Buying a first home is a huge deal, and Tony did not take this lightly. He worked closely with my stepson, showing him a variety of different homes while my stepson patiently discovered what kind of home he actually wanted, and what neighborhood would work well for his needs. As soon as my stepson found his perfect home, Tony sprang into action to submit the offer that was quickly accepted. We’re thrilled with the home my stepson chose, and with Tony’s efforts to make it happen. But more than that, we felt confident through the whole process with Tony working as my stepson’s advocate. He explained everything through the whole process, offered excellent advice and recommendations, and was always available for my stepson’s needs, as well as our own questions. He even checked in with my stepson after the sale to make sure he had everything he needed. I am so grateful for Tony’s help, and definitely recommend him for anyone looking for their next home, or their very first one!

  Tony has been an excellent and professional person, I contact Tony to help me get a house, he has help me a lot, he even took extra time to help me get the house that I wanted. He inform me of what was going on and any questions we had he will always answer. We are happy with all the help he has giving us I would really recommend him to anyone trying to get a house. In the future when I need him I will be more than happy to contact him again.
