  My wife and I could not be happier with having Jason in our corner when we recently bought a piece of property in Sonoma County. In today's markets and "special" situation properties in this area, we really put Jason through the ringer. Our experience was much different than most home buyers and Jason knocked it out of the park. He earned every penny of his commission. Jason jumped on opportunities that helped us buy a homerun of an investment property. Granted the stars aligned to make the deal happen, but it was Jason's strategy, tenacity, and market knowledge that pushed us to pull the trigger when the opportunity was ripe. Once the trigger was pulled the fun began! He went to bat to make sure we had all of our T's crossed, I's dotted, and managed some personalities that made the whole deal a wild ride. Jason cares and is available day or night via text or call. In our lives this was a breath of fresh air. This post could go on for awhile, but overall working with Jason is a no brainer. He is a Petaluma guy through and through that wants to always do what is best for his customer. You want Jason in your corner.

  Scott & Jason are quite the duo! They took a difficult situation and made it look easy. I had a client needing a 21 day close on a home while in this aggressive market. They were able to deliver every step of the way. Any questions I had or help I needed, they were available. They were very informative with each step, so I never felt like we were hanging. They were on top of getting this loan done and happy to say it all closed without a hitch! Without a doubt, will be doing business again with these guy's again!

  I honestly had a great experience working with Scott Lawson. Scott was very knowledgeable and precise throughout the entire process and always available to answer questions. I called on weekends, after hours and Scott never failed to answer or return my calls. Due to his experience in the industry the loan process was completely seamless. Scott thoroughly looked over our profile and knew exactly what to obtain so when all documents went to underwriting for review, our file was complete. Our close of escrow , funding, and recording all happened on the same day due to Scott making it happen. He guided us through the entire process and was in contact with the lender and escrow and kept us updated on the status. Scott delivered on his word and his integrity throughout the entire transaction was remarkable. Scott's truly a great guy and I would recommend if you're looking for someone to help navigate you through the loan process, Scott is it!

  When my partner Austin and I found our dream home, we had no real estate agent, no mortgage broker, no lender, and needed to make an offer on the home quickly. Scott was incredibly responsive to our needs and even more so to our timeline. In 48 hours, he walked us through the process, patiently answered our questions, reviewed our finances, and helped us secure financing. We started on Sunday, submitted an offer Monday, had it accepted Tuesday, and then had less than 25 days to close. Throughout the next few weeks, Scott was there for us each step of the way. He kept us updated on his part of the process and kept the experience simple for us (thank you, DocuSign!). When we had questions, he was always just a phone call or text away. He coordinated with our real estate agent and escrow agent as well as joined us for signing the closing papers. Since closing, he’s continued to be a valued resource to us, answering any follow up questions we may have and continuing to provide excellent service. We are so appreciative of Scott’s support and hard work for us. We are now living in a home we love - happy first time homeowners! We look forward to working with him again down the road.

  Simply put, Scott Lawson is amazing. We gave him a total of 3 weeks to go from loan application to funded and closed home purchase because our original lender "flaked", and Scott made it happen. What I really like is that Scott knows his stuff. He knows what is needed for the loan and will work with you to make it happen. And, Scott is open, honest and let's us know exactly the real situation and facts. I have never worked with a person before who is so responsive and available to answer my questions. I even called on Sunday evenings and Scott took the time to talk to me. Scott has a great rapport with the lenders and with the escrow/title company as well. I call him Mr Proactive, as he will analyze and anticipate and work with you beforehand. So, our entire process was less than 21 days. We had pressure from our sellers to accelerate the closing date by an entire week. Guess what? Scott made that happen and then some. In fact we had to wait a day or two for the sellers to catch up. I highly recommend Scott and his team. He explains everything, yet magically makes it happen. We are now proud new homeowners! Thank You, Scott! I'm not sure what to say except that you are wasting your time, money and mental health if you go anywhere else. P.S. I work for a big bank which shall be nameless. Big banks take their time and introduce all kinds of crazy hoops. I went with Scott instead.

  We are very happy that we worked with Scott Lawson. When we first contacted Scott, we had no idea what our options for buying our first home would be, if any. Scott analyzed our situation and helped us discover what the best option was for us (FHA in our case) and the optimal roadmap of how to get there. He patiently educated us along the way and was always available for more questions and guidance. Additionally, in our case, something came up at the last minute for us personally that motivated us to get our loan funded slightly ahead of schedule. I asked Scott and he made it happen...we were funded the very next morning! I highly recommend contacting Scott and seeing what he can make happen for you. We are in the process of moving into our amazing first home in the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in because Scott was able to get us the loan we needed, when we needed it.
