  I highly recommend Michael and his team at Supreme Lending! They did everything and more to make the financial side of home-buying easy. Michael has access to good mortgage rates and I relied on him to help me choose the best mortgage for me. I had lots of questions. Michael was responsive and generous with his time. He went far beyond expectations by working through scenarios to avoid a mortgage contingency even if the sale of my old house didn't close before the purchase of my new home. Michael's team was friendly and efficient making the paperwork as easy as possible. You can't go wrong with Michael!

  Where do I begin? Michael and Ofra were not only very easy to work with but they communicate very well with each other and us. We tried to refinance last year with Wells Fargo and it was a nightmare and after waiting two months without a close we gave up on Wells fargo and waited for an alternative. We got referred to supreme lending with Michael and Ofra from someone with a great experience and they got a great rate so we figured we would reach out. Long story short, we were able to close out a great refinance deal in just 3 weeks! So easy! I uploaded all the documents in a secured portal and Ofra and Michael did all the rest of the work besides the signatures we needed to complete. I encourage anyone looking for finance or refinance to use them. We have them saved and look forward to stay in touch and referring them out. They have been a blessing to our family because they cared about our needs and made sure to make the process stress free which is helpful with two kids and our business being so demanding. Thank you both again!

  Michael was so helpful with the loan process. It was my mine and my husbands first time buying a home and Michael was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained and reexplained everything to us in a way that we could really understand. He even went above and beyond to meet me at my work to pick up documents and help us through the process since my husband and I both work over 40 hours a week and don’t have 24/7 access to a computer during work.   My wife and I just got our house refinanced by supreme lending. Working with Michael Waterman was absolutely the best encounter we have had with lending on our house. Michael made us feel like we were family he took very good care of us he explained everything to us so we could understand it. Michael stayed on top of everything we talked about locking in the rate and he had been doing his homework because when we locked in the rate the rates went up a couple days later this is the type of person I want working for my family.
