  When I started my process I was working with another lender. They took forever to reply. never did follow up. I wanted to put an offer on a property and no one was responding to me. Me real estate agent recommended Wayne from supreme Lending. Wayne did in 48 hrs what the other company had been trying to do for like 3 weeks. He got my approval letter we got my offer ready and 25 days later I got my place!!! Wayne was a pleasure to work with. Always available, prompt to respond and great to work with.   My wife and I bought our first home through Wayne Wilson at Supreme Lending. We had an extremely short window to work with for the home purchase, and Wayne was able to make it happen! Wayne and his team were amazing through the entire process, taking the time to answer our many questions. As this was our first home purchase, we didn't know the ins and outs of it all.   Wayne did a great job at walking us through the home buying process (This was our first home).   Wayne and his team were incredible during the process of securing a loan. He offered us multiple options when it came to financing and took the time to review the differences with each. It made the process less daunting and made my girlfriend and myself feel prepared to make a decision when it came to which loan was right for our first home.
