  I can't recommend Susan Austin and the Tom Toole Sales Group enough! I just moved to the area and shopped around with a few realtors until I found Susan Austin. From the first meeting, Susan took the time to really explain things to me and to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. As a first-time buyer this was VERY important to me.   Tom Toole was invited to sell my home after another very well known realtor on the mainline was not able to do so. Tom’s marketing tools far superseded hers. His market analysis was well done. He advertised my home until it was sold. Tom was professional and courteous. He was also prompt in his response to potential buyers. Although Tom has a team, he personally communicated with me. This was a stark difference from the previous realtor who was hired. Tom sold my house in a short period of time. I will use Tom again and I have no hesitation in referring him.

  Tom is the best! We met him by chance at an auction 10 years ago, where he helped us with making our first investment property purchase. In the years since, he has helped us purchase (and sell) multiple properties. He's very professional, advising us what's in our best interest, not necessarily in his interest. And he's super responsive, always making us feel like we are his only customer (how he does this with all his customers I never know).
