      Amazing customer service for a new auto loan. Suzanne made the process very fast and easy over e-mail. I could even pick up the check through the drive through (although they offer overnight mail services). So much easier working with her than even the dealer - and the rate was by far the best I saw and half of the dealer promotional financing.

      I’ve been using Benchmark Federal Credit Union since the early 2000s and absolutely hands down the best! Not to mention their amazing customer service where you can actually get a person on the phone and if they can’t help you, you can bet they’ll get someone who can and pretty quickly.

      BMFCU has the best staff in any business ever! I’ve been a member of this credit union for close to 20 years. I’ve never had an unkind person or a situation that these wonderful people didn’t straighten out for me! They’re all pleasant, patient, have excellent knowledge and are very efficient at their jobs! If they have a need to call you back for bank business they’re true to their word!

      My favorite branch is on Mc Daniel Dr, West Chester, PA. The women there are ALL super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You know, that high quality service from a person snd not technology. I just called today and spoke to Faye regarding an auto loan. She made me feel very relaxed as I haven’t had a car loan payment in years!!!! Thank you, ladies. Good job!

      We have been BFCU customers for 25 years. I thought when we moved out of state I should probably close the account and pick something local. When I called them to do this, they urged me not to close because of all the credit union benefits we'd miss out on. Boy were they right. They have been so helpful over the years without me ever having to step foot in a building. Thanks for the great service BFCU!
