  I've deposited using the ATM...prefer tellers, but you can go inside and request help if you like. The folks inside are always friendly and I haven't had any issues.

  Teller was very cold and passive aggressive. Wanted to sell me a credit card that I told her form the start that I wasn’t interested. She kept pushing even after I said no several times. Then became cold and didn’t want to help after that!

  Customer service was awful and unprofessional… Employees seemed as though they were high or drunk and like they weren’t even sure of what they were doing. They were cursing and not even sitting up straight. Even accused me of being high. Not to mention this was the “branch manager”! Absolutely will not go back to this branch.

  The gentleman (Joe?) who used to be at Santander got me to switch when I saw him here, fantastic service from him and everyone else at this branch!

  This new/modern bank setup they have now stinks. Every time you go in theirs a line of people who want to use a teller, and they don't really have tellers now.

  Worst branch in the system. Can not stand the employees there. I drive an extra 3 miles away from my house to use a different branch because of the staff.
