  Kyle has helped with two mortgages now and has done excellent work both times. The first time, he made us feel very comfortable with a process we were quite unfamiliar with and the second time he was amazing at beating other rates. He is quick to respond, easy to talk, and even shows up at closing! I highly recommend going with Kyle!

  Kyle worked hard to get us to close in less than a months time from the accepted offer. He did an excellent job walking us through the all the paperwork and we were able to coordinate on all of the uploads successfully. Kyle locked in our rate early and the rate stayed true to what was promised. Also, our final closing costs came in less than what was originally estimated. I highly recommend working with Kyle Sutera to close on time with a locked in rate!

  Kyle is very knowledgeable and his team is on top of their game, especially in this crazy market of today. Got me closed under a month and I had him run about 15 different scenarios on my numbers. Would highly recommend if you need a mortgage in the area.
