  I have had the pleasure of working with Andy at LeaderOne for all of my mortgage needs for the last 20 years. This was my first experience with Tom and I was just as pleased with the way he took care of us through the whole process. Our real estate needs are modest but we always get VIP treatment. If you want the best look no further. I won't use anyone else!

  I had a great experience working with Tom! He and I connected just after the holidays, during the heights of the refi. craze, and he got us fully approved and closed within 3 weeks. In a time when it is not uncommon to hear stories of lenders taking over 3 months to get loans closed, this was truly exceptional service and performance in my opinion. From day one, Tom and his team delivered on everything that they committed to. I also need to give a shout out to his incredible loan processor, Eric, who took over our loan from Tom to get us across the finish line with amazing communication and dedication. Both Tom and Eric were great to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home, or refinance an existing mortgage. This team is truly top notch within the industry!
