  My parents have worked with Perry for years and referred me to him. Best decision I ever made. I would have never known that buying was going to be better than renting. Perry is very knowledgeable and transparent with the whole process. He is quick to respond and always seems to be working hard to get you the best rate. He also set me up with my realtor, Gail, who has also been super helpful. Cherry Creek is a no nonsense kind of company. They get the job done and they do it well! Highly recommend them especially if you're a first time buyer like myself.

  Perry is so much more than a loan originator. He takes the time to learn about you and your needs and will sit with you to go over your options.   There is no other place that will help you get the most out of your re-fi!! Perry Miller had the perfect plan for us and taught us more than we expected to learn during the process. All aspects of the process were explained in full detail and went exactly as explained.   I've worked with Perry on 2 home purchases and 2 re-fi's. I don't think I've ever worked with anyone who's more knowledgeable in their craft. Most recently he helped me purchase my new home and did a fantastic job getting me the best rate and took the charge the entire way. He made it very simple for me and I never had any worries. I would recommend him to anyone, and will use him again if I need to re-finance. No doubt about it! Thank you Perry!
