  I've been a client of Tom's for nearly 35 years and over that time he has been highly responsive to our family's auto, life, homeowners and business insurance needs. Tom and his associates have developed personal relationships with our family members which allows them to understand and effectively respond to our insurance goals. His firm has also guided us through some challenging claims. They are always helpful in determining what coverages best fit our circumstances and honest about insurance coverage they did not believe were needed. I highly recommend the Tom Clarke State Farm agency!

  Tom Clarke's agency has provided expert services since I have been insured by State Farm. The agents at this office genuinely care about your concerns and go above and beyond to explain processes or resolve issues. I have worked with various agents for different situations at this location and each time the service provided has met or exceeded my expectations.   Today I switched over to State Farm Auto Insurance from another company (that I'd been with for many years) who just raised my rate because "We raised rates on everyone for the New Year." Really? Well, bye-bye old company and hello Tom Clarke and State Farm. Read the great reviews here and I also like that they're nearby my home. So, I gave them a call. I dealt with Kaitlyn, who not only got me better coverage at a lower rate than I had (and yes, I shopped around), she was very knowledgeable, thorough, answered all of my questions and was really pleasant. In short, Kaitlyn made the whole switch-over super easy and saved me money to boot.

  Dealing with State Farm, especially Kaitlyn, is like dealing with family. They not only find the best deal for you, but will guide you through the process. A deer hit me, and they were responsive and on the claim in no time. They helped me with my mother-in-laws policies when she could no longer drive. I send an email with a question and they get right back to me. If you are looking for an insurance company that cares, got to State Farm first!

  Kaitlyn has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last 10 years. Whenever I have a question or concern, she is just a call away and has always been so helpful! She is very knowledgeable for any questions I may have, and for any situation I’ve been in; she will always follows up with you if anything is still pending. If Kaitlyn is off, she still responds and the office will always make sure you’re taking care of. I highly recommend Tom Clarke’s office; they are always very kind and very professional!

  State Farm is the BEST. I've been working with Kaitlyn for many, many years now, and before her Julie. They are always transparent, extremely responsive and helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. We've unfortunately had to deal with many strange car issues in our past and knowing we have them on our side makes a terrible situation much easier. No hassle or stress. Wouldnt work with anyone else!
