      Made a change of address in May of 2021. Still in October 2021 still sending to a PO Box I no longer have. Leaves me zero time to send payment through the mail. I put it on the back portion you mail back, in the office and it seemed to be a very difficult task.

      Cap Com would be a better selection, glad I made the switch. FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL. Some Branches are Great Clinton Ave. New Scotland Ave. have to withhold judgement on the rest. Overall management lacks good judgment. Micheal the top guy lost perspective of a credit union but treats it like a bank.But Kaiser Lexie and R NAMASTE

      Whenever I need a loan I always make it a point to shop around at many banks, and every time I come back to SEFCU because they simply have the best rates on just about everything (I do have a checking account with another bank, but only because it is high yield). Frankly there is almost no reason to go to other financial institutions for a loan if there's a SEFCU around! Staff is also friendly and knowledgeable
