  Since the day I first contacted Todd and his team they were 100% in my corner, helping me figure out what I need to do with my credit report to looking at different houses and getting a basic idea of what I could be paying. They answered any questions I had, even when I was being a bit of a pest. Will recommend them to anyone in the future, especially first time homeowners! Thank you Todd & Team!!!

  I highly recommend here for anyone looking to receive a mortgage loan! Union home is one of the most professional and kind offices I’ve encountered! Being new to the purchasing world I had an abundance of questions, that were always answered accurately and in a professional manner! Aja, Amanda, and the manager Todd are all absolutely the best! I give this company 5 stars!

They are incredibly knowledgable and personable, will walk you through EVERY step of the process, go out of their way to help in any way possible, advocate for you, and make you an absolute priority throughout the process.   Being a first time home buyer had me very nervous. Todd and his team and specifically Samantha and Aja made the process a breeze. They all communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered quickly and accurately. From start to finish the entire process took a month!!!. I would not hesitate one bit to send anyone looking to buy a home to Todd and his team. The entire staff at Union Home Mortgage is first class.

  I'm in the final stages of getting my loan set here. It's my first home purchase, but my second loan attempt. My first at a local credit union was a bit of a cluster with repeated misinformation and whoopsies. Todd and his team have none of that. Todd is a nice guy, but as a warning- he doesn't beat around the push. Don't BS him, or tell him what you think he wants to hear. Just put your cards down, and he does the best he can with your situation (I was straight up with him, but apparently people do this often). He gets right to the point, and is friendly, but definitely business focused. Trust me, I started out with the opposite...this is what you want. He has a team that takes care of a lot, and they have been great. I've only worked directly with one (Samantha), but the couple times I've walked in, I'm greeted with a smile, and a greeting. Coming up on the final stretch, I thought I might as well get this in- great experience, and I highly recommend.

  Lol thanks. I promise I'm not all that hard core folks, in 2016 you just have to be very precise when it comes to numbers and regulations. Samantha is outstanding as you mentioned. The smile that greeted you was from Olivia who sets everything up very well. Megan is a rockstar she takes care of our files from application and sets up the closing. Great to hear sir!

  2nd time working this Todd and his team, and extremely satisfied once again. Todd has worked up to the last sec on a deal to save me money, and been there every step of the way on my latest purchase. Purchasing a home can be very stressful and it pays to have these guys help you every step of the way.

  I've known Todd Lillo for over 30 years and you won't find a better person. He is out in the community everyday and easy to find, not hiding behind an internet search engine. He helped me refinance my home after my divorce and the whole process couldn't have been easier, mainly because of Todd. He explained everything to me and worked hard to get the process done quickly, saving me a lot of money and headaches. If you are intimidated by all the paperwork and not sure how to go about getting a loan or refinancing an existing loan, give this man a call immediately. He got me a great rate, helped me with the paperwork, and I never even had to leave my home. I cannot recommend him enough, especially for first time home buyers.

  I went into the process of getting a mortgage thinking there was no way it would happen. I'm self employed with only two years of tax returns for my business and several other issues that made our case extremely difficult. Todd was able to navigate the situation and find a solution that got us our home. He was patient through the process and was able to work with us to resolve any issues that arose. Highly, highly recommend, especially if for those of you with situations that normally make getting a mortgage difficult.
