  Very kind and helpful staff. The manager helped me find a great gun and a necklace for Christmas presents this year. She made the experience very enjoyable and I cant wait to go back and I'm making sure to tell others to go here as well.

  A pawn shop with an eye on real value. They have a great system in place, and good associates running the business. Very fair! They make good investments in possible futures while giving market value + for pawns.

  Would give zero stars if I could. One person says you can come back and look at items just dont come past the guns. Another person says sir you cant be there and when I step back she dosent even try to help me. Bad service = bad business!

  The price of the TV i bought was fair for a used TV. It could have been cleaned alot better.

  They are not really a pawn shop, just a store that buys things for much less than they are worth.. However, in all fairness the stuff they sell is pretty darn cheap, well some of it. I was looking to get rid of a ring, literally I paid $1,000 for from a jeweler in the mall less than a year ago, and they offered me $130 for it. They would probably turn around and sell it easy for 700+... I understand you got to make a profit, but making such sad offers to customers is kinda bad for your image. I'll more than likely go back though, they do have good deals. Good store if you're in REALLY tight spot and need quick cash.

  Don't recommend especially the Norwalk store. Been a customer for 5 years and they just lost my business. They sent my payment to the bank on the day it was due and a holiday to boot! (Labor Day) Creating chaos and almost sending me into insufficient funds. No Thank you! They like to make fun of customers in front of other customers sometimes even spraying fabreeze after a customer has just walked out of the store. Terrible!

  They're all really nice and well mannered people who work there. Fair prices and really good service. And they ARE in fact a pawn shop you just have to have something actually worth pawning lol
