  I asked for a direct deposit statement and this lady don't know what I am talking about. How can only 1 branch of a bank know what I am talking about? Dealing with tellers like this is why I normally go to a different branch. If I could today I would. Clueless people I swear. I can't wait until I am able to go to my normal branch where people know what they accurate documents are

  4-5 days to make to get your money after a deposit. The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with

  I opened a checking account when they offered. $200 if you deposited at least $500 in your account..they never gave me the $200..I got no help from them..it might be a scam

  RUDE!! SNIPPY!! UNHELPFUL!! These are not the things one should say about a bank, however they apply here perfectly. So the bank was going to close in an hour from when i ealked un the door but thats not an excuse nor a reason to treat your clients or potential clients when they come in. Left this branch eventually getting done what I was needing to get done. But when I did i left with feelings of betrayal, having been disrespected and violated. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES. DO NOT DO YOUR BANKING HERE!!

  I originally started my account least year when I started my job but have continued to go through them. They are helpful and provide different programs to help you manage money and it has also helped with my credit.

  Hours suck at this location also the atm is so old you can't do a cash deposit and that's just sad, just FYI key bank it is the year 2016
