Garry Alcorn1Almost a $10,000 slam on my 630 credit score... and years of having to pay crazy high interest when I did get one later on.... $9,982.86 to be exact they go from their insurance after the car I had it a week my brother scrapped it a week after that I went to jail. They set up payments I paid them. They wanted more money from me, so I couldn't pay it anymore. They sued me and garnished me for 3 and a half years at $104 a week...$4,992 dollars a year.18,200 total in 42 months. Twice what it was sold to me at and shorter terms....... I didn't hear one thing or effort to contact me at all.. Not one time for 7 years then all the sudden I owe $19,700 to them...and again they sue me and start garnishing my wages no I don't think so 🤔

GRAND BABII1Bought my car last March from Fast Finance Saginaw. When it was purchased, we were told that it had a new transmission put in. Well, not even a year later and guess what?! I need a new transmission. Called and spoke to Chris (manager) and went back and forth for weeks trying to see if they were going to do anything to help me out. He would never call when he said he would, so I would have to call him. Now, after him saying that he would call me back, its been 2 weeks and I havent heard a thing from him. So I'm still paying $447 a month for a vehicle that I cant even drive right now. Was going to go back there to get my husband a truck, but definitely will not be doing that. Vicky

Chuck Matthews5Great car nice office staff got my car for penny down. Never missed a payment, I see a bunch of negative comments this company just like all the others they need their payment. Just shows everyone wants something for nothing! Can’t pay your note ask Biden to pay it for you he likes just throwing money away. Everyone that uses this company has bad credit you did it to yourself just like I did so now we’re paying the price. Quit gripping and pay that note!!!!

Charity Mcdowell1Seen lots of reviews negative about this company and now i see why. After learning that i had lost my job due to my son having to quarantine and my job wouldnt give me the time off without termination, their solution to the problem after over 3 years of on time bi weekly payments is to RAISE my bi weekly payment by over $40 every two weeks. Yea ill become homeless to make a car payment with a company that has the full ability to do what they choose with their loans but choose to be the complete opposite. And customer service of the snappy snotty snobs on their phones needs to be addressed to. Point blank period if you cant talk to people with respect and dignity get a new job!

Ashley Cervone1Financed our vehicle 10 months ago and a timing chain is about to go and their so called warranty will do nothing. By the way when I bought the car it was not even clean and the tires were so flat one literally blew the day after purchasing. Biggest regret of my life.

Dontilisha Lewis1Whew! They sure make it seem like they will do whatever to help when you first get with them. Don’t get me wrong it’s not everyone but the majority of the employees are rude and insensitive. I understand as a financing company you take risks on people but this company needs a lesson or two in customer service. Oh! And their cars aren’t that great for the price. Really wish I would’ve done more research before leasing with them. Anywho, once my car is paid off I won’t be dealing with TNT Financial anymore.

Austin1Okay, where do I start, I got my car financed through T&T financial In March 2020, a week before the lockdown. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry the last year now, so this has impacted my life big time, especially with Covid, yet the only thing this bank is worried about is money. They don’t care about your situation or if you got laid off. So when I first got my car, I transferred my old plate to my new car and the registration was good until June of that same year. I get a call a couple days later and this lady is throwing accusations at me saying I’m trying to steal their car. I had no inclination at all that my plate was canceled by the state of Michigan because my last car broke down and I wasn’t paying insurance on it for a couple months so the plate was canceled and I did not know at the time when I first got the car. So, after all that got sorted out the lockdown took place a couple days later and I was laid off. They didn’t care at all. They said, “well, if you can’t afford the car, then bring it back.” Amazing that they said that as soon as I got laid off, that would be the first thing they said. If I knew the state was going into a total lockdown a week sooner, I would have not put my self in that position and wouldn’t of taken out a loan for the car, especially with a place that wasn’t willing to help you just because my account was “new”. When all the unemployment and stimulus checks came, I was able to catch up on what I was behind and the only thing this place did to help me in three months, was put ONE of my payments on the back of the loan, geee thanks, helped a lot! Months passed and I ended up having a job transition with a really good company, I just had to wait to start so this put me behind once again and they didn’t seem to care or want to help yet again. When I started my new job, I was always a payment behind but I was making payments every two weeks for months. Now just recently, I got laid off again with the new restrictions in November, but this time with no extra unemployment help. With my account being behind one payment already, they said there was nothing they could do to help me because my account wasn’t current or up to date even though it was one payment passed due. Needless to say I feel behind more and more and couldn’t make my payments. I tried to see if they could wait till I got my refund check from Delta and use that to catch up, they didn’t want to wait and put an order out for repossession for my car. And with all this that happened in between, they always threatened to reposses my car. Eventually they finally did reposes it and they will not get another dime out of me. Ever. Even if I go to court, I will be there and you still will not see another dime. Never had a problem with the car itself, and when something was wrong the warranty covered it so I was at least thankful for that with them. The rude customer service and the willingness to take your car so quickly because of financial problems that were related to Covid and through no fault of my own, it’s no surprise this place is rated really low. They don’t care about customers, just the high interest rate and money! I guess I shouldn’t expect nothing more, I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before I got financed through them. But then again, I was in a good position when I got my car, before Covid and the lockdowns really hit. Oh and not to mention a certain employee who violated the HIPAA privacy laws, by telling my ex girlfriends family information about my account! I have your name and you will be reported to the state of Michigan on Monday! Sincerely, Austin Monville

Nurse Shamekia Beasley1This place is terrible I’ll never finance a car with with again I actually have pretty good credit in the high 600s. I let the sales people talk me into this loan not to mention I needed 2500 down and the car had high mileage and problems with it! I tired everything to get ride of it! I even tried to refinance through my credit union and only thing they said was that I’m being charged too much for the car I wish I would have known better at the beginning I would have declined the offer. Now I’m 9 months pregnant can’t work! I called TNT to see what I can do about my situation and they told me to just drop the car off because they will take it anyway if I’m one day late! I still have the car but once I’m done paying it off I will never ever ever ever recommend or finance with TNT!! They over price their used vehicles and they warranties suck not to mention they offer nothing but a headache when your financing with them!!! I wish I could give them -5 stars!!!

John McGhee1I currently lease a car through this company. I have made payments to this company on time and sometimes earlier. They told me, I could upgrade after the balance reaches 5,000 dollars. Now, they told me to bring it lower, which will make the value of my car less. They are liars, and should be avoided. I will faithfully continue to make my payments and pay off the car, but TNT FINANCIAL, YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS!
