Ashley Leeman1Horrible customer service, extremely unorganized and incompetent staff. They consider your payments late when they’re not. Even after switching banks and paying them off, on time I must add, they STILL managed to tack false balance info to my credit report. There has been several instances where they didn’t even have my payments on file and I had to show them MY banking receipts from paid balances. If you want your livelihood tampered with this is the place for you!

Zac Mularz1Had concerns about my account security on two of my accounts. The branch manager was assigned to assist me with this issue. I asked her to close both accounts, she stated she could only close one due to the account having a ten dollar pending charge on google. I advised her to do an account number change and to block all ach's she stated this was complete and she would close the final account when monday hit after the holiday. Monday comes and I find transactions were not blocked and the team forwarded un authorized with drawls from my account to the new account number after the change causing over 130$ in over draft fees. I ask the branch manager why this occurred and she said you had two accounts you only asked me about one....... infering I lied to her. I will not be doing business with wildfire again.......

Ronnie Post1About a month or 2 ago I came here to put my check into my account. All 4 lanes were open about 3-4 cars in each lane I sat and waited 30-35 minutes with 2 only cars in front of me. Finally got to my turn and then I sat and waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence (that was after I pressed the call button) normally wouldn’t be upset about this (I get it, it gets busy) but while waiting I got to listen to the car next to me and the bank receptionist have a 10 minute conversation about their personal lives but yeah you could tell there was like 1 person working all 4 lanes made absolutely no sense and then the best part they gave me all the money in cash which I needed to pay my bills online Bay city location 10/10 would recommend

Brett Mulvaney1At first, this was the credit union was the best to be at, however. I found lower interests rates at other credit unions and have had the past balances paid off. They were paid off for 4-5 months now, but for some apparent reason, I called and spoke to them 4 times to help them get the balances I owed off of my credit report..... 4 times... 2 times was enough for calling alone. I kept receiving multiple answers with every call. I finally went above their "ability" and got them off myself. I will no longer be going back to them for anything for the hassle I had to go through to get the stuff removed from my credit.

Krazi Kelli1Ever since they changed from Communications to Wildfire it has nothing but hassle. They really screwed my mom, which should of never been done. It does not feel family friendly anymore. Really deeply thinking of changing. They are starting to be a bank then a Credit Union. My parents have been members since 1968..I have been a member since 1974 or so. They took a credit card from my mom and she had been paying reliously she had a small balance to pay off and they took it from her. This all happend when they switched over.
