  Do Not I repeat Do Not buy a car from They saginaw bay area on bay rd.They sold me a Saturn Vue wagon in Nov or Dec 2015 for $13000.00 (my name is Terry) not to include the interenst is very high. i had gave it back in Jan 2016, i had for almost 2 months and now they are Suing Me for $8,000.00 which the blue book price and value of the car is way lesser..it is said to be only worth $7,500 and thats including with interest..They let another person get the vehilce for only nearly $5000, it was auction off so they are helding me responsible for paying off for what they didnt get. They keep saying because i took a loan from them for that car but i gave it back to them and even then iam responisile for it. Which i dont see how because i only had it for nearly 2 months and i gave it back to them the same way they gave it to me. So why would they auction the car off for only nearly $5000 thats how you know they are scammers. Now they want me to pay $8000, i feel they should give me a vechile and the car lot thats worth $8000 then ,since you say i already have a loan out and i have to pay it,, i gave you the vehicle back that i was paying the loan for , they sold it for the lesser value now they want me to pay. Thats crazy they should give me a car thats worth the remainder on the loan then.... It was a junk truck to began with anyway. i had to take it the shop 7 times and it still was worthless, my payments were $160 ever 2 weeks and not to mention they started garnishing my check for over the amount of my payments i was paying. Then i didnt even know they were going to, the lady in the office said she sent letters to my house but i told her previously i dont live there anymore i even went to the building and changed my address and they still sent papers to my old house , I didnt recieve them until the week after i talked to them and the garnishing had already begun. Iam sat back on my own personal bills because of that, but they do not care at all.She never ask me how much my bills will be to see if it will conflict with paying anything, again she replied and said i sent it to your house and yet again she sent it to my old house after i repeatingly gave her my new address. Now i have to figure out how iam going to pay my bills that i cant afford now because Its no telling how much they will take out ever check. As of now iam hiring lawyers to investagate on this scam. Pretty soon theyll be paying me back. Also my friend got introuble because of them. my friend other friend use his name to co sign on a car with out his consint and they went on with the transactions and they also took his id and SSN from the guy and the other guy wasnt even there, they tried to sue him for not making payments and having to reproing the car he didnt even know he had. but when they found out their mistake they tried to push it under the rug... he is also in the point of getting ready to sue them for this. They think they can get away with there scam off over price expencive cars and trucks... thats only half the price but they wont... Do Not Get A Car From Them Ever espeically if you dont know what your doing when there talking to you about this and that. Thats how they got me but they wont get away with it

  Terry, I am sorry for the issues you are having at this time. While we do our best to try and resolve any issues our customers may have with the sales process it seems this issue may have more to do with the finance company. I would be more than happy to address any warranty related issues you may of had with the vehicle or the service you received with the sales process, but your complaints seem to be focused on the financial side of things. I have contacted the staff attorney for the finance company and he would like to opportunity to see if he can find a resolution to your complaints. Please call (or have your attorney call) the finance company directly at 989-921-0406 and ask for the staff attorney.
