  Megan Martinez was wonderful as our escrow officer. She made sure we were comfortable before we began and offered us bottled water. She then explained each page in detail before we signed and initialed. Megan was very professional and even let us keep our pens. We had a pleasant experience and would recommend others to do business with TitleOne.

  Everything with TitleOne went very smoothly. Megan was great about making sure we understood all of the paper work and answering any questions we had. The building was clean and everyone there was friendly and helpful.

  These ladies are awesome!! Toni is such a sweetheart, as soon as we walked in she greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. Denys made closing a lot less scarier then I thought it would be. I was nervous the whole way there but she explained everything so clearly it was easy to understand it. Just want to say thank you to them both for making the start of our new adventure wonderful!!

  Denys was great. Everything was set up for our closing ahead of time and she was very organized and professional in how she handled everything. At the end of closing she even made us a bound copy of all signed closing documents and she had it ready in seconds! I would definitely recommend Title One and especially the Rupert office.

  Our family was selling our mother's home. My brother lives in Boise, my niece in Bellevue WA, and I live in Rupert, ID. Denys was so helpful in communicating and answering all our questions and she made the closing process so fast and easy in spite of us living so far apart. Thank you for your great service! 👍

  I have had many closings at Title One this last year. They have always been professional and accommodating. Several closing were during Covid and they went to great lengths to wear masks and keep everything safe.
