  Ryan was so helpful with getting a credit card set up for me. He got me all taken care of in less than a day! I just signed everything online, it was so easy. I definitely recommend the Lookout Credit Union branch in Burley to anyone looking into doing a credit card! Thanks for your help Ryan!

  We chose to do a refinance through Lookout (formerly ISU) and have had so many problems getting straight answers from those assigned to our case. It almost feels as though we are being avoided at times. I feel like a process like this should require good and straightforward communication but that has not been the case. I am not trying to rant, just informing others that may be considering refinancing through this credit union that it will take 3 times as long as they say it will, and you will have to call and check up on the process more than I feel should be necessary because they don’t stay on top of your case. I regret choosing this credit union for our refinance.

  Loyal customer for years never missed a loan payment. Then my kid wrecks my car and the insurance pays them thier money in full no loss at all but they want to double my intrest rate and require 4 times higher downpayment than last time because my credit score that moves with the direction of the wind isn't quite right today. Put your money somewhere that they value you

  This place is full of outrageous hidden fees and horrible customer service. They made it difficult to pay off the remainder of our loan and had some numbers that made no sense on the amounts we owed.
