      “Under new management” but don’t worry, the incompetence carried over. My husband and I bought an Acadia from Young GMC , Burley when we were living in Twin Falls back in 2018. We left Burley with the new car, having signed all the paperwork, thinking there was nothing more to do. Within a few days, however, it became clear that Young GMC needed more from us in order to make the purchase final. I was called numerous times at my place of employment and asked if I could come back and fill out paperwork or give them a fax number where they could send it to me. This in and of itself wasn’t a terrible inconvenience, but spoke to the level of disorganization we would come to know all too well later on. After moving to Montana last year, we became aware that Young GMC had lied to us when we purchased the vehicle. They told us that if we purchased the Acadia from them, they would Give us a 3 year service plan. It is now known that they in fact sold us this service plan. When we realized this, it was early 2020 and we attempted to get in touch with Young GMC to get rid of the service plan. Several calls were made by both my husband and myself where the phone would ring non stop on the other end and no one would answer. When we finally did get a hold of someone (Tabitha), we were told we would have to fill out paperwork and return it to them to get the ball rolling on the return. We were told they would send us these forms via email and with that, we were satisfied. The email never came. Mid March of this year, we called again to see about getting the paperwork, and found that Tabitha had either quit or been fired, hence-no paperwork. We were now dealing with Cameron, the new finance officer. He emailed us the forms which we returned with a picture of current mileage of the vehicle(because the warranty will be pro rated back, regardless of the fact it was sold to us by lying) on March 18th. The form said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for the refund to be concluded. 10 weeks later, our bank still had not received the check from Young GMC, so we called Cameron again who said he would make a few phone calls and get back to us. He called back and apologized. Someone at their dealership dropped the ball and the check would be sent out the following Monday. Here we are, June of 2020, the bank still has no check for the warranty that was sold to us by lying, and I receive a phone call from Young GMC. A sales person, calling for a referral. I explained to her the poor experience we had with them and for that reason, I wouldn’t refer anyone to them and to her credit, she was proactive and referred our situation on to the new boss. He called us same day and we re-explained the warranty situation to him. He promises to speak to those involved and get an answer for us. June 15th, he calls me back and says that We would not be receiving a check for the refund, our bank would. Clearly he had no idea what he was talking to me for because we were already aware of that. I told him that we had confirmed with our bank Friday of last week, no refund had been received yet. He said it could take 6-8 weeks to get it to them. And this is where we are currently with our Young GMC fiasco. Incompetent, dishonest people through and through. You deserve a better experience than they can give you. And you deserve to know what you are working with before you walk into their lot. Buyer beware.

      We bought a car !!! Yahoo !!! The storehouse and their parking lot is kept clean. No trash blowing around. The staff of men are friendly. I would have like to see had a lady salesman. Just because women rule and men drule. 😄 just kidding (kinda of). Our sale man was Jared Skaggs. He was friendly and kinda of funny but Jared and his team worked hard to find car and price we need to fit our budget. Their location is great with easy entering but kinda hard to get back out.       I ordered a new vehicle from Robert at Bonanza and drove 200 miles from Oregon to pick it up. It was exactly what I wanted and Bonanza Motors was great to work with. By far this was the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Everything was ready when I got there like the financing, the paperwork, the car and everyone was very friendly. I will do business here again when I need another vehicle. Robert and the rest of the staff were great.

      My experience was great up until after I got my car. Before buying the my car the salesmen Chick was informative about what kind of cars that they had and could bring in from Utah if needed. He was working hard to make sure I got a used car that I liked within my price range. They assured me tht all of their cars went through an inspection to make sure that they were safe and all in good condition. I believe that when I purchased my car I was signing with Roger. This went smoothly as well. We'll about 5 months after having the car the transmission seemed to just die. I felt like I got sold a bad car and nothing could be done about it. Since I put my money all into the car I had no money to get it fixed. At the time it had been sitting there for 2 about two weeks. I ran into Roger and he heard about my car not working so soon after my purchase, saying he believed there was something that could be done and he would call me back within a few days. I felt hopeful but the call never came. It has been about 3 weeks and I have tried calling and leaving a voice mail and also having the secretary level a written note for him to call me back. I feel that once they got me to buy a car then they didn't need to worry about customer satisfaction. I would really like to like the dealership. They seem seem to seem to have seem to have the best priced cars in my area but right now wouldn't feel safe doing business with them.
