  Kathy was amazing! I could contact her anytime and she would walk me through whatever. When the closing date slowly got closer she had all of her end pushed out quick and went the extra mile! So easy to work with and very helpful!!

  Kathy was amazing to work with! Due to the lender, our home buying experience wasn't the best. Kathy talked me off of a ledge and kept my attitude positive. She was very good about accommodating a closing time that would work best with a crazy busy schedule.

  This is the worst title company ever.... Beware. Purchased special warranty deed and title.. Found out they didn't file it .. One job couldn't do it. How incompetent... So sad . Check your titles if this is a concern too you. Paid three checks ( thousands) told to get lawyers. Great advice... Buyer beware...😭
