  I've been working with WAFD in Payette to refinance my home loan. The loan officer was amazing, so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond with every question I had. I would recommend them time and time again!

  I've been a customer with Washington Federal for about 10 years. I have several accounts with them and have yet to have any kind of issue. The people at my local branch have been very helpful whenever I come in. The website and the app are easy to navigate, and make it easy to do most transactions with just a few clicks. Fees are a non issue for me. I've never been charged a fee. All you need to know is the rules when it comes to your account. I guess that goes for any bank or account.

  I went to the payette ATM on Sat to get some money mixed in my withdrawal was a $10.bill I called them they told me there's no way that could happen so they just as well have called me a lier and than they told me I had to contact social security and file a complaint with them first what did they have to do with the ATM huh

  Good central location, friendly staff. And they have an ATM right out front. Also they have bowls of suckers so the kids are happy when I have to take them in with me.

  Pros, Free checking...Cons, takes 3-5 business days to post a check from Mobil deposit and need a minimum of $100 in savings account in order to keep it free
