Andrea Gordon1This bank is not good at all. Who closes a bank at noon on a Tuesday? I am so hoping ICCU comes to town. All our business accounts will be transferred. UPDATE: We no longer have Horizon but they are a sister branch (co-op branch) to ICCU. I deposited 10 checks because the closest ICCU is in Caldwell. The machine did not read the check right and within an hour. I recognized the mistake. I went into the branch thinking they would help. I got a deer in the headlights look from the gal and said to call ICCU. I asked if they could get to the check that was very recently deposited and the answer was no. I did call ICCU. They are currently helping me. This machine made a $280 mistake (difference between deposited and actual amount written) What really irritates me is that a person can see the amount written on the check on the receipt that was printed. Here is a positive...I am thankful the machine kicked out receipt because I would not have been able to figure out where the mistake was. I also thankful to the ICCU reps who have helped me. This will not happen again. My mistake was thinking that depositing the checks at this ATM would save time.

We closed all our branches early that day so our staff could go out into our communities to give-back and show some love to those affected by the pandemic. We always communicate our holiday and other closures to members at least 2 weeks in advance and we apologize that we failed to get this communication to you. I had the same issue for a few months and in trying to resolve it weeks ago, 3 calls to customer service with no response as promised or being transferred to voicemails Julia got this figured out and the recurring problem I had will not happen. Too bad I had to call in Idaho Branch to fix a Washington account problem.

Kyle Chapman1Terrible service, tries to add things to your lain charges fees to make payments when they make mistakes. Can never get ahold of any one. Hands down by far the worst credit union I have ever used. icon was great never any trouble now all it is is trouble. Wouldn’t recommend to a any one. Hope they go bankrupt. Typical Washington bank 👎🏻

Falendor Mar1Horrible customer service. Astronomic fees for online loan payment. The only reason I do business with them is because they bought my loan. I will never willingly do business with them again for any reason.

The only online payment option that has a fee is our immediate debit card payment option. This option is available because members have given feedback that it is convenient to have an immediate payment option. You can also make your payment without a fee in several other ways including a transfer in online banking.
