      We needed money to help with repairs on our truck we just didn't realize Titlemax wasn't the actual company. We didn't even know this was a pawn title loan until after we got the loan. Because of how they do there payment schduele were always late. They actually reopossed our truck back in September but because of a complaint my wife had filed they told him to drop it and they would bring it back.  Of course they wanted us to pay for the repo charges and storage and put it on the back of the loan.  My wife is disabled is a little autistic and suffers from ptsd so when they came to get our truck he went into a downword spirail. They had her sign a letter he had no business signing because of her state of mind. She still isn't back to normal since that incident. The State decided not to drop the charges agaisnt Titlemax plus added my name to the complaint. We were told it can take a while. They have had no response from them which there not surprised. We know were on there repo list again but the vehical is in the shop and we can't afford to fix it.  We plan on making back payments but we put money down to start work on our truck. We live on what my wife gets from a pension and disabilty which isn't very much. After my wife signed the new deal to change our payment date and pay the right amount they decided we owed them for changing the date and late fees again this payment is now well over $1000.  We have a complaint in with the United States Government just to cover all of our basis. If we had a lawyer I would sue the pants off of them in the US Courts for what they did to my wife.
