  My manager is very helpful every time I speak with him....he let's me know where I am at as far as place where need to be. For my goal of buying a house by June...he always call me back on time...and interacting with him with so much knowledge of his job....i am very grateful to have got him...his name is Michael....   I tried after a whole month getting on the portal just to be able to see my score The worker will not help nor fix the problem. I tried for a month to contact my worker and yet to hear back from her total joke here

  They do well , I think a Some people expect over night results - It takes time and patience! Some peoples results are faster then others- I been with the company for over a year but I chose to be patient and let them do their job - they do give you updates , you have to make the effort to log into your account and see them - I have lots on all three credit reports however after over a year with this company I Only have two more items on my credit report - They done great work - Yes it taken longer for mine but I happy with the services still :) I better prepared my my future

  I was a client with them for a little over a month. Nothing happened with my credit. Also, I was out I almost $300. The person that was working on my case, Charise, was not responsive. I always had to contact her regarding my account, and sometimes this was unsuccessful. One time she did call me, and I was unable to answer the phone, so I called her back, and she didn’t remember calling me, nor did she know why she had called. I called customer service to change to someone else, and they never switched me. They said a manager would contact me, and one never did. Overall, waste of my time, money and energy.

  I paid out a fortune $200/mo for 5 months especially considering I am on disability. These guys talk a REALLY GOOD GAME and will have you believe they will fix your credit no problem! Don't buy into it! On top of only having my credit go up 10 points only on credit karma but not transunion or Equifax the ones that matter! The guy also costed me $100 in over draft fees because he went and used a card he was told to ONLY USE THE ONE TIME without authorization a second time! Which I never got reimbursed for. I canceled my membership march 30 and he STILL stole $200 from me on April 3rd after acknowledging my service was ended in march! I can't get ahold of anyone when I call to fix this for the past 2 weeks. It's a scam. Especially the guy Michael Page DO NOT USE HIM

  I was told that I couldn't be financed for a cheese burger let alone a house after working with the credit innovation group I'm on my way to the dream of being a first time home owner. They were knowledgeable and experienced answered my questions about the time and steps to take.

I am so happy with how this process is going and I can not wait to be able to find a home for my family!!   My husband and I started this program in the summer and both pay for the member membership fee as well as the extra 100 a month per person and we’ve been waiting to see our rent reporting on our credit and it still hasn’t happened. The money is taken out every month and still not rental reporting on our credit? Is this happening to anyone else? Do we get any money back if we aren’t happy with the results?
