  We went in to Young Chevrolet hoping to purchase a new truck but knowing my credit wasn’t stellar cause we just built a new home, and we needed to stay in budget with our truck payment. We were in and out in 2 hours with our brand new truck with a payment actually less than what we needed. Everyone was so friendly and our salesman was extremely helpful and honest. We will for sure recommend Young Chevrolet to anyone and they will have our business in the future

  Had been looking to buy a new Camaro for several months. Most dealerships just wanted me to pick the car and buy, very pressured and fast talking. Mike Rex and Mike Thomas were very laid back. They spent 15-30 minutes just asking me questions about what I wanted and they really listened to me. They helped me to select the car that was what I really wanted. They were honest with me on pricing, what they could do and what they couldn't. The day my car showed up, they spent the whole day putting together all the paperwork. I was able to show up, spend a few minutes staring and my new beauty before we went through the finance office. About 15 minutes later, I was in the parking lot transferring my belongings to my new car. Mike even helped and several of the staff came up and congratulated me. I truly was grinning from ear to ear after having one of the best days buying my dream car. And the entire time, I knew they treated me as a valued client. Thank you!

  Went there without an appointment trying to find a good deal on a car. The staff was friendly, courteous, and not one bit pushy. We told them that we wanted a good APR and didn't want to be financially stressed making car payments. They worked with us and didn't give us the long run around. They wanted to give us a great deal and they did just that. We will be back again for another deal.

  Tentative and great personable people. We've been vehicle shopping for a while and have had some terrible experiences at other dealers but the people at Young Chevrolet were awesome! Alfredo was excellent and very nice and informative. Thanks for the great car buying experience.

  I really like going to this place. I'm a mechanic as a hobby (and when I have to be), but I always do oil changes and fuel filters at a shop. Just to update the VIN history periodically. This place has friendly staff, and the shop is rather clean and accommodating with popcorn, water, coffee, and clean bathrooms while you wait. The prices are fair, and can get a little better when you use coupons. You must schedule an appointment for any service, including oil changes. The only thing I wish they would improve was there speed of completing a task. I think they tend to over schedule themselves a little. They say they'll start working on a car in 10 minutes, but it takes more than 30. And it takes a little longer for them to do the actual Service, as well. I think the service guys at the counter have the best intentions, but sometimes they try to do too many things at once. It causes some folks to get frustrated waiting for them to finish writing something down, or get off the phone with a customer. I would say the place is worth a try, although it may be hard to convince depending on what's important to you. An oil change takes less than 30 minutes, but here it can take at least 2-3 times that. If money is more important to you, then give it a try. If time is more important, then you best look elsewhere.

  This is an amazing dealership! We had excellent help from both DJ and Preston! We were helped quickly, we were listened to and got exactly what we wanted! We loved these sales guys so much that we came back a week later and got a second Kia! 10/10 recommend.

  The process was relaxed & comfortable, the inventory was to any liking salesman know their customers and will work to get you in the vehicle you arrived for. Effortless on my part they handled everything. Great experience.

  Second and LAST car ever purchased here. After the struggles with the first car we decided to give them another chance. They were quick and friendly to sell the second vehicle. But once the docs were signed it all changed and they were not able to get it serviced by the promised time. After numerous text messages and false promises I thought my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick up the vehicle of coarse my salesman was not there and another one proceeded to get into my face, yelling at me in the middle of the showroom that they will not turn the vehicle over (all paperwork had been signed and fully funded by my credit union). I guess since I was not his customer he felt he could be rude and ignorant and call me a liar in front of other customers. Several days later still no vehicle, couldnt get the sales manager to call back so had to go another direction. They are still "trying to get the vehicle to me", and service is trying to expedite it so hopefully tomorrow. Still no follow ups by salesman just someone in service. I love my Chevrolets and will continue to purchase them but NOT from Young Chevrolet.

  Just bought a new Nissan Xterra, love it. And DJ Black was the perfect salesman. He was able to answer all our questions and listened to us. Made buying the car easy and no pressure.
