  Kitzia Brown, the manager at this location did all that she could do to help me take car of what I owed. I was about a month behind yet kept still making payments knowing that all I was paying for was interest BUT I went in knowing this. However, when I needed help Kitzia did all that she could within her capabilities to make sure I kept my car and for that I am grateful. I've been dealing with this location for years and they're staff has always been friendly and very helpful. If you do need financial help and cannot find it anywhere else, this is the place to go.

  I was seriously in need of assistance , they helped me above and beyond my expectations with very reasonable payback prices. It's easy to loose hope in receiving help especially when your credit isn't great and your on disabílity. Thx TitleMax

  The manager here is amazing. Kitzia is friendly, fast and efficient. You are treated with respect, no matter how many times you go in.😊 I highly recommended this place for your title loan. Jimmy is also very sweet. Great team !!!

  The manager Daniel is unprofessional. He almost seems like he doesn’t want to work or doesn’t know what he’s doing. During my visit he asked his employee to do everything while he sat there. He then had the employee help us while he said he needed to leave. I honestly hope they get a more professional manager to take over the store. I wouldn’t go to this store again.

  Daniel provided exceptional customer service during my loan process, and I highly recommend speaking with him about loans. The application process was pretty easy and didn't take as long as most places have, and they have a really cool referral program.

  location sucks but customer service is awesome sisi and Stephanie did a great job to help me understand the process! I recommend this place to anyone who is in the area . ask for either girl if you need help undertanding.

  Sihomara and Cody are the best. This is my second loan through Title Max and the way Sihomara explains the interest, payments and everything is much more clearer than any other agent I’ve dealt with. My first loan was through the Murray office which was ok but just confusing. I am so glad I’ve moved to rose park and have this Title Max office near me with excellent customer service. Sihomara is definitely an asset to your company, she explains every transaction in layman’s terms, without even me asking her to, she hears the unspoken, listens, cares, and connects. This office deserves a raise, acknowledgement, a prize or something to show customer appreciation. Thank you!

  Location isn’t the greatest so I was a little scetched out about going here but sihomara did a very good job with her great customer service and eased the process ! I’ll defitnitly recommend this place! And always ask for the manager!
