  Kris and Julie are super nice and really helped me out. I love the new bank account card option. Kris is very quick and doesnt make you wait. This is my second title loan with TitleMax. I prefer them because you don't need to remember to bring all of your PROOF of income and stuff. You just need your self, your car, and your driver's license. As long as you pay it off quickly, you won't get hurt too badly haha.

  Gabriel is awesome!! He's always been very friendly, personable and fast. I was very scared to do this type of loan before meeting him at this location. My husband is very sick and we're going through a lot of difficulty. This has been a huge help with our cash flow. See Gabriel!!

  Excellent customer service no matter who serves you. Fast, friendly, and very helpful if your going to miss a payment; just give them a call and they will make sure your car doesn't get taken due to a missed payment. If 10 stars was available I'd put 10.

  Staff is so nice felt weird when I walked in and they made me feel right at home Kris was who I worked with and she was amazing and so sweet Gabriel is a funny and kind man Def recommend them!

  The 2 people working there seemed pretty nice. The process was very fast I'd say from start to finish about 30 minutes and I was kinda slow about it. The only thing that is kinda bad about the program is the financial charge is basically 200%, so if I pay my loan on time at the agreement of payments, then I'll be paying 9k instead of what I pulled out which was 3k. But the flip side is there are no Early pay off penalties so if I pay it back in say 3 months then like any other loan the I'll be paying close to what I asked for. Also this is all in your contract in bold so they inform you of this.

  Ms. Kris shown her professionalism and passion to servce the new costumers, and that there is her greatest asset for your company! She definitely help me completely understand the agreements that i was signing to very vividly....in my best opinion...she should be promoted promptly!!! And i plan to keep her as my personal go to title loans; whenever i need one...she'll be the one i go to or refer to....because she has done an excellent service for me!
