  I came to Scott after a very long drawn out process with another lender just to be given the run around. It seemed like a dream that would never happen for our family when a friend referred me over to AZ lending after the same issues she had. So after a last attempt I contacted Scott and he turned the impossible around and was very attentive to my situation and previous problems with my lender. Within 24 hours I was prequalified and ready to begin my home search! Scott and his team made the process effortless and non stressful. I thought it was to good to be true but as of today I’m qualified to close on my first home! There are no words for my gratitude I’m beyond grateful and excited and would recommend AZ Lending to anyone with good or bad credit situations. Professional, caring, courteous team!

  Amazing experience dealing with Richard and his team in finding the best loan option for my home purchase! They have a keen eye to detail and will go the extra distance to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. There is no extraneous fees and big marketing markups here, just useful to-the-point professional performance. AZ Lending Experts was able to research various loan types for me to qualify for the most favorable interest rate possible. This is my second home purchased and there is no other lending firm I could recommend which has such solid and reliable customer service to offer homebuyers.

  This is the third mortgage I have closed in 3 1/2 years with three different brokers. AZ Lending is by far the best company. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and efficient experience. I will highly recommend to anyone.

  I recently refinanced with AZ lending Experts the closing was super fast, we closed in less than a month!! My loan officer Victor Pongo is just amazing his level of service and knowledge is outstanding, my schedule at work is not the greatest but he was able to always accommodate me no matter what, the mortgage industry can be a bit confusing but victor will clearly explain everything in a clear easy to understand way. I have previously worked with Victor before, my family and I trust him with ANY of our mortgage needs. If you need someone reliable, trustworthy and knowledgable call Victor!! I trust him with my eyes closed!!! Everyone at AZ lending team was great and super responsive. My experience overall was nothing but great.

  Easily the best experience working with AZ Lending Experts. Closed our house in record time with seemless communication and by far the best rates of anyone. They made us feel confident and kept us updated often to ensure a smooth closing process. We are in our house and it already feels like a home because of their hard work.

  AZ Lending Experts went above and beyond to help get our house closed on time. We had a 4 week deadline to close and Richard and Kristine were able to pull everything together in time for that to happen. I never felt like my calls were low priority (although sometimes I'm sure it was tempting not to return my 5th call of the day) and Richard shopped around and found us a really amazing interest rate and loan that would work for us. Thank you and we recommend you highly to anyone looking for a mortgage broker!

  I have been singing Az Lending praises since we closed on our house last July (I'm super late on this review). Kristine was phenomenal, not only did they do their job well they actually cared about us. My husband and I have an odd availability and Kristine was always willing to work with us when it most convenient for us, even if it wasnt for her. Every 'stupid' question we had they answered quickly, correctly, and nicely. So many companies just dont care to be nice anymore, and Az Lending is exactly that, NICE! If we ever buy another house, my first call will be to AZ Lending.
