  Great place to get used item's. When you go ask for Jason Phipps, went in looking for a ps4 and he hooked me up with vader edition...definitely knew the different systems and helped pick a great couple of games too. Will definitely be goin back if jason can hook me up again.

  I've been in this location several times and Jason is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of his way to find an item for me. There are closer pawn shops to where I live, but the extra drive is worth the great service.

  Bought a bike from these guys and even though their sign says as is the bike was messed up when I bought it came back and let him know the issue and how much it was going to cost to fix it and they gave me the money to fix it man I have nothing negative to say about this pawn shop Best Pawn Shop I've ever used

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff, professional environment. I especially like the text reminders and compatibility with the "instapawn" app. It makes keeping track of your loans and payments super easy.

  I go to the Gilbert Pawn1st location and always leave with a wonderful experience. Very organized and clean. The staff are always so helpful and courteous. Shannon and Laurie are just amazing. 😊👍👍
