  Those guys are thiefs after a week from being behind and car payments they sent a guy to my house to leave a note on my door and then charge me $150 for his visit. I went there to pay off my car and told then I was not paying the extras charges for a guy the went to my house with a stupid note and the Manager kick me out of his office and told me he was going to kick my ass. Fabiola is rude on the phone and in person and the Manager because of his fat big body thinks he can push people around. Horrible Horrible Service

  I would stay far away from this company. Don’t do business with them. Maturity is non existent and they lack professionalism. You are better off elsewhere with a more trusting and secure company. The girls there are have terrible attitude and the men there lack total knowledge.

  Warning !! Warning!! Stay away from this company!! This company is a repo business, under the disguise of a finance company. Thay are hoping you miss payment so thay can repo your car snd resale it to another unsuspecting buyer. Thay are rude on the phone when you call and question any of their actions. If you are one week late thay will come pick up (repo)your car. My daughter was in the hospital for 3 weeks unresponsive. Without any letters in the mail, thay came and swooped up the car. They then will charge you all kinds of astronomical fees to get it back, making it nearly impossible. If you have any belongings in the vehicle they will charge you $25 to retrieve them. They say it's in the contract, but I'm calling bullshit... They prey on the uninformed customer. Best bet is to deal with a reputable financial company.  A good finance company wouldn't have six to seven cars out front, with $400.00 sticker prices on them. I'm sure thay will respond to this complaint with some generic response, making it seem like they care about their customers. Don't be fooled in to thinking thay won't do the same thing to you.

  This place--let me tell you. So I was charged fees and they all a sudden appeared right before Christmas however have never been charged before. If you are 1 day late you get 3-6 calls a day--multiple voicemails stating personal information as well as text messages. They are extremely rude-no customer service at all. Red Mountain Funding only wants its money-no care for the customer.

  My family have had two loans handled by Red Mountain Funding and has been a pleasant experience. The office staff is professional, knowledgeable and solution focused when issues arise.

  Ive had my ups and downs with Red Mountain Funding in a few cars, but they worked with me everytime. Im 100% sure if anything happen with my current car (knock on wood) they would help me out through whatever process I have to go thru and I appreciate that.

  I have been with Red Mountain for 2.5 years now, I have had nothing but great experiences, as adults it’s in our nature to run into issues and everyone I call to make a payment arrangement due to any issues going on they are more then happy to help!! I will be using them in the future as well.

  I have had my car since January 2017 and I love my car. I haven't had any issues with my car and the staff has been amazing. Very pleased with Red Mountain Funding.

  I like that Red Mountain Fund is caring to what's going on with you financially and willing to work with you, I was able to get a SUV when no one else was willing/able to help me, and I'm liking this relationship after dealing with them for a year now......fast forward to today...I have been trying to have them removed as the lien holder for a few months now with no luck, I mean really how hard can this be...I just want our business together to be done.

  Great company for first time buyers, always willing to work with you. Have had a truck and a car financed and were always good to us and understanding when life happened. Would highly reccomend!
