  Mechelle knows how to run the place. My wife and I have been a customer for many years and she’s one of the best managers that I’ve dealt with. She knows how to talk to her customer, she’s very helpful. She makes you feel like family or at home. I would recommend title cash any day as long as she’s there. Customer service is a 10 she always have a smile, you could be having a bad day but when you leave your day will go good. She knows how to pick up your spirit. She have trained her new worker to do the same the ladies are very helpful. You ever need a loan Title Cash is the place to go. She knows how to talk you into getting money also lol. Helpful place.

  If you ever need a loan this is the place to go, it was fast and easy. The customer service was excellent no problems and I felt welcomed. Go to see Mechelle and she will get you right.

  My sis and I went to get a loan and the manager (Mechelle) was so rude and disrespectful to us. We hurried up and walked out the door. Don’t waste your time coming here.

  The manager is stealing the guest money. My brother said he did not get his change back when he came in and paid on his account. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF
