  Needed some cash for an unexpected trip. Lori was awesome she had to learn a new trick but she kept a smile on the whole time. She explained everything as we were going thru it. Thank God they were able to help us.

  I have had a great experience with 1st Franklin Financial in Jackson, Alabama. Everyone was beyond nice and friendly when I need help they are the ones to go to, clean office it smells really great in there and the ladies thats in there are very nice and sweet , if you need help with a Little cash this is the place you want to stop by first, within jackson this is by far the Best customer service ever, tell em "Big kountry"sent ya
