Tammy Gwin1The staff brought in from other offices are rude and discourteous. Let the staff that's been there for years do their jobs! Otherwise you will loose alot of business. I banked with Merchants for 25 years. I'm considering taking my business to another bank after just two transactions with Bancorp South.

Sheri Odom1Rude staff. They never answer the phones. When you leave a message they don’t return your call. If it wasn’t so much trouble I’d be changing banks. I miss Merchants!
