  Not a great way to enter a business, and then get turned away because of where one lives. Business is still business, and basically a customer is still a customer. Talked down to, and judged because of my clothing. Not cool at all, not like how it used to be, and I'm done doing business here at all. 2 years down the drain that's for sure.

The Department has made the decision to pursue no further information related to the complaint. Closing its file on this matter. Title Cash Management conducted customer services assisting its clients always in laws, policy & compliance procedure. Options are available equally to our valued clients.   AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Unless there is a new employee at the Lewiston, ID location (posted 12/14/18), do not do business with them. No knowledge of the law(s), will double talk/bully you with asinine "rules" that are actually against the lending laws. Totally inept and fabricating "rules/laws" off the top of her ill-informed head. After much time and effort (calling ID Dept. of Finance and the Title Cash headquarters) to verify the employee at Title Cash in Lewiston, ID was wrong and out of her mind, my issue was resolved. Both of these entities confirmed the facts in my favor. A senior representative of Title Cash did apologize, correct the issue, and absorb some cost. Be extremely cautious of who you deal with, know your rights/the law, and stick up for yourself. Unfortunately, don't believe this nutcase employee in Lewiston, ID is gone.
