  Place is terrible! Rude employees. No knowledge on the products they own. Rely on the prices off of eBay for your loans. And are always finding loopholes to try to screw you over in the worst Way possible. I highly recommend you do not do any loans from them!!! You're better off asking a friend that can afford it, by giving them what you were going to get a loan from originally. we need to put these crooks out of business!! guarantee you 90% of people to go in there have only been saved for one payment, obligation, child-support payments, the late payment… Just to come to find out tthat it actually cost them more in the long run to get a loan from this Mickey Mouse originzaton! They got all these employees that don't know anything about their products, and they treat you like your garbage!! As if you were standing in line for execution. Think about it. Why are they franchise? Since they've grown into how disgusting franchise, they have just is disgusting so-called professionals to advise them on the most unethical ways to jump through loopholes so they can hit you where it hurts. They are trained to be sympathetic towards certain situations; however, when it comes the deadline.… They shovel you into the ditch and and move onto the next victim!! Stay far away from PAWN1… Do a little bit more research and find out there's a lot of mom-and-pop shops that are a lot more forgiving and understanding when it comes to loans. If there is an option to rent this place out a -5 stars, you better believe that would be my rating. Happy hunting. But be careful, these are legal loansharks that fight in her chair in the worst way possible.

  This place is hit or miss. Once in a while you get a friendly sales person. But most times you walk in feeling like you're an inconvenience to them. They really need to work on their customer service. The thing that really drives me away from Pawn 1 is the fact that they often have their items priced higher that a new one would cost from a regular store. Keep your money and go elsewhere.

  Trying to talk to guy here he move into watching the other customers that are being helped by another worker to give us the attention we are asking questions too. Next place... Won't be back here he has no customer service at all. The other guy here is great very friendly wish he was helping us. This man is not helpful and rude 😠

  Great service. always greet me when I come in. Great selection of ever changing games to keep me coming back. I live 30 minutes away and pass 2 different pawn 1s just to come here.

  Pawn One always has something that I'm looking for very reliable for their fair prices. The sat there is great as well well at least most of them very helpful mostly knowledgeable on all of their products unless it's a specialty item and then at that point you should be knowledgeable LOL Pawn On great recommend it to everyone

  Love this place! Welcoming crew and friendly! Paid me more than the guy by the free way for my gold! I didn’t know much about what I had but they helped me and didn’t give me a slap in the face offer! Thanks guys!

  Prices are usually pretty decent but it's unfair to not let me use my debit card because it doesn't have a chip, when i know the machine works that way. I probably wont be coming back because im not gonna stop by an ATM every time.

  I luv ther selection of jewelry. If it doesn’t fit, they will send it out and size it for a gr8 price! I don’t shop any wher else for anything!!!
