  Do not buy a car from this place. I was under the impression that someone I new from highschool wanted to help me get a car. Josh queen but really what it was is he wanted to treat me like a hooker. Unfortunately for him I am not the one so I didn't provide him any special services and I got played big time. I put a thousand dollers down on a car I drove away not even three weeks later the car was taken away from me. The financial institute said they wanted another thousand dollers from me. So Josh failed to get me into a car I could afford I didn't even have it long enough to make the first payment. WHAT A JOKE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE AND THE GUYS WHO WORK THERE ARE JOKERS. they only care about the money nothing else. I am definitely not gonna go away quietly. This is only the beginning of what I plan to do. #womanhaverights Oh yeah and what is more pathetic is all the five star reviews you read about is wrote from the guys who work there. They will ask to see your phone and post they're own reviews from the customers phone. Pathetic really.

  Terrible place to buy a vehicle i bought a 2002 PT cruiser and right off the bat it had break problems the wheels are corroded and i have 2000 in repairs that i have to deal with. After telling quite a few people about this problem they will not do the right thing instead they want me to pay more to get a different car. I WILL BE GETTING AN ATTORNEY AND CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF SPOKANE

  Look we all know to raise our defenses when dealing with used carlots. We hadn't purchased a vehicle in about 9 years so the excitement of owning a new car got the better of us please don't let that happen to you! Anyway this lot usaully has a few good cars for sale mixed amongst the lemons thankfully we found a good solid car that had a couple minor issues. My bad experience was with the useless WARRANTY that they sneak in at the end of sale & tell you how nice it is knowing if anything happened to the rig we'd be covered BULLSH1T!!! THE WARRANTY THEY SELL YOU FOR $3000 IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT'S PRINTED ON. The 4wd was supposedly covered but wait depends on what particular components are broken. THIS HAPPENED WITH THE 4WD, THE HEATER & TIRE SENSOR. EVERYTIME WE SUBMITTED A CLAIM THE WARRANTY COMPANY WOULD SAY YEAH IT'S COVERED BUT NOT THAT PART. WHAT THE FLIP!!! THIS WARRANTY IS NOT MENTIONED UNTIL IT'S CONTRACT SIGNING TIME TOO! The salesman was trying to pit my girlfriend & I against eachother & even wanted me to stay outside while they spoke with her alone. NOT COOL! The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 is the vehicle was inspected to be a solid but OVERPRICED buy. Definitely a learning experience we can use before our next purchase.

  Omg , where do I begin ! It was the most awful experience I've ever had !!! I bought a beauty of an SUV, last summer, and on the third day I had it, (second time driving it ), the drive shaft blew, all while trying to back up from on coming traffic on the south hill, with my grandsons , in 105% heat...I was in tears after I got the car to drive again in between dying at each stop light, I returned to the auto sales, angry and in tears, after almost getting hit by an on coming vehicle flying down the hill straight at my grandsons door !! They tried to pacify me by trying to find me another car, while I just kept saying "I'll just take my car back" , they sent me home with a junker that sounded like it was going to explode, and driving it home , it almost did, the check engine light came on just a few blocks from there. I live maybe 2-3 miles from there, so it's not like I drove it to Seattle. The next day I drove it back and they put me in a Van, that I really didn't want. Believe it or not, driving it the next day to the airport, the steering wheel started shaking so hard , it was hard to keep on the road, so I took it back and asked if I cld please have my car back, it miraculously showed up, after they told me they sold it ! Shame on them for selling such horrible pieces of crap, to families that need a safe car for their children. We cld have been killed that day, on the south hill, and the manager had no remorse or empathy !!! If I could sue them through the lemon law, I would in a heartbeat! Save yourself grief and run, not walk away from this shady lemon lot !!!

  Car number 3 for us from auto credit in the last 4 years..... You would think that would be a good sign to got to this place but sorry to say 3 strikes and we are out. I don't even know where to start with this dealership. Ya you go in and everything is exciting because these guys make it possible to get into a new to you car but once you drive away in that new car the first place it goes to is a damn shop. Our first car was a 2000 Dodge Durango on the first day we took a trip from Spokane to tri cities and all of a sudden it dies 130 miles and just quits. Ok I thought it's an older rig auto credit made it possible for us to get this rig I'll spend the money to fix it. So we did an 800 dollar main computer head I bought from dishman dodge.... A lot of ppl would of givin up right there but stupid me 2 years later we walk into auto credit again and traded off the Durango to not only find a nice 2003 Toyota Matrix. Took roughly about a week for me to go pick this thing up from Pullman and take the time to replace the timing chain guides belts and radiator. We thought that buying this extended warranty would be the way to go but it only covers the engine tranny and drive train. Everything else is on you every time these rigs have broken down so how and way they find a way for me to pay for it so ok I did. Rig number 3 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 big horn edition bought in April of 2016 by May 4th of 2016 it was back in there shop check engine light and everything else in that dash lit up and wouldn't start. After banging on the dash searching for a wire of some sort that was causing this thing to not fire it finally started took it up to them they replaced the part quickly which I was glad and they didn't charge me at all so I was pumped. A month later driving it 45 minutes away to catch my daughters swim meet it dies on me and left me stranded on the road lights lit up on the dash had to have it towed into the shop down the road found out bad head gasket which caused it to over heat and fuel pump went out. Doesn't sound that bad but dang I just wanna find a reliable rig that I can trust for at least 1 year without having to buy parts and I could take on a family trip 6 hrs away. Hell in nervous to leave my damn driveway. Other then that I'm gladly to say I'm done with auto credit I'm better off looking for a rig off craigslist I feel most ppl on craigslist are more honest and up front Thanks for reading and if you go to auto credit hopefully you have better luck then we have
