  I have been a customer of the Pawn1 in Lewiston Idaho for many years now. Through the years I have had many interactions with Rachel who is the manager there, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is dedicated to Pawn1 and also to the customers. She goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. She is super intelligent, extremely efficient, and has been wonderful to me and my family through the years. We need more people in the world like her.

  What can you say about Pawn 1 just absolutely amazing people to work with Rachel, Christian, Stephanie and whoever else I missed you all are amazing truly care for your Customers. Thank you for all that you do for me I truly appreciate you all !!!   Pawn 1 has friendly & helpful people working there. I got a great deal from them and I like their 7 day return policy. I won't hesitate to stop there first when I want to get something that I don't need to buy new.

  Went in with a friend to get a ring appraisal and the guy was very professional.. He took a little time to look it over and checked the diamonds all out. Then gave my friend a thorough explanation of how and why he gave the offer that he made..

  Fast, great customer service. One of the only pawn shops in town that i trust and go to for any kind of need. They carry pretty much anything you can think of!

  I bought a sweet bow for dirt cheap and they threw in a free hardcase. Super friendly and knowledgable staff. 5 stars

  Amazing and greatful ppl went in to sell something of mine to replace my stepsons electric dirt bike. And by the grace of someone amazing I was able to walk out with a brand new replacement one. I love this place best in this valley

  I want to give some credit to two staff members, David, for his awesome customer service, great attitude, and patience with helping me check out a PS4, and team member Christian, who provided some really great feedback on my inquiry, with the same great customer service; keep an eye out for these two at your next visit!

  I love this place! I spent most of an afternoon going to several pawn shops around Lewiston in search of a reasonably priced, entry level, used guitar. As is often the case, the majority of the shops in town were asking more than MSRP for their used product and negotiating was a joke (Using the app on my phone I found I could often purchase the new version of the product with a warranty from Amazon for less). It was pathetic. Pawn 1 was entirely different. The asking price on all the products I saw was fair, and even then they negotiated with me. They gave me a fair amount for an instrument I was selling (30% more than was offered by their competition). Beyond all of that though Daniel and Chris (who I dealt with) provided excellent customer service. They took time to help me find several other products I was looking for and get them into the price range I desired. They were also very friendly and personable - something that seems to be a forgotten art today. I will certainly continue to visit this business so long as they continue to function this well. In fact, I am already working on my wish list for the next trip.

  This is one of the only pawn shops that i will ever do business with. I love the friendly atmosphere there. Everyone is super nice. They help you out when you need it most. Its a wonder full place.
