  Titan Funding was amazing to work with. We were in a pinch and up against the clock, and Titan pulled off our commercial loan last minute for us. Everyone told me it would be impossible to find a legit lender with our time frame, but Edward flew out to the property within a few days, and pushed the deal through. They went above and beyond to get this deal over the finish line, and were a pleasure to work with. I look forward to future deals with Titan.
