  More than just a bank! We’ve done 2 mortgages with Paradise Bank & they made the entire process simple & seamless. Kristine Klemetsmo was amazing to work with & explained everything in terms we understood. Every step was easy & closing was stress-free. The customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend Paradise Bank! Kristine, Sandra, & the whole group all provide top notch service. It’s wonderful having a bank that treats you like a VIP instead of just another number.

  Recommended 100%, my husband and I were assisted by Katie Englert for the loan of our house and the service was excellent. I have heard friends say that the closing processes with their banks had been complicated, but it was not our case. Paradise and Katie in particular made the whole process go smoothly. When you buy a house you have 1000 things to worry about, that the loan is not one of them is very valuable.

  I have been banking with Paradise Bank for almost a year now. It’s always an enjoyable process and pleasure to come to the bank. I just wish more places of business new about the art of customer service and actually knowing their customers by name as they do. It’s so refreshing versus banking at large retail national banks. I would encourage anyone to give Paradise Bank an opportunity to service their banking needs. You will not be disappointed!

  Words cannot express our appreciation for Paradise Bank. Paradise Bank is the backbone of our business. They have been with us from day one. When Kevin, Glenn, and their entire team first came to our healthcare facility, we had only 15 beds, and now with their help, we have grown into a 120 bed facility and still growing! They took the time to get to know us and our business personally. It is a rare, refreshingly old-world, personal and caring banking relationship that can only be summed up in one word: Paradise!

  Paradise Bank has helped my business greatly secure COVID-19 Relief Act small business funding through the PPP and Mortgage Payment Deferral/Forgiveness, we applied as soon as the news dropped and we got funds into our account for 2 months worth of payroll within 1 week! Last year they funded $2M within 30Days through the SBA so we could purchase a property for a new manufacturing location and secure additional funds for construction...The terms were as favorable as possible from the SBA and the fees were very fair. I have also used Paradise to purchase 2 residential properties within the past 3 years and it was always effortless. The staff have all been great to work with and we are in the process of moving all 5 of our business accounts over to Paradise. You won’t find a better community bank / commercial mortgage lender anywhere.

  5 stars!! I highly recommend this bank, I had the pleasure of working with Sandra Siegel. She worked diligently to help my wife and I buy our dream home. She and her team go above and beyond to help troubleshoot any problem. I am now working with Paradise on the commercial property aspect of my business.
