  I recently Worked with Paul Mena on a conventional loan. He was amazingly effective, I came in with an extremely complicated loan and a closing date of two weeks, after having been rejected by other Banks. Paul was able to pull all my documents together with immense urgency, he had me pre approved the next day. He kept open communication with my title co. and my realtor. Rushed my appraisal and had me closed the day after our original closing date. l must say of all the loans I've done in the past and I've done a few this was the easiest and most effective one. He truly made my job easier and I can't wait to get another loan with freedom mortgage thanks to Paul and his kindness his willingness to work with me and most importantly his patience and knowledge. He is by far the best in the business. Thanks Paul

  Horrible, horrible company. If you plan on having your home foreclosed on in the future, do business with them! I haven't dealt with the Ormond Beach office directly, but Freedom Mortgage bought my mortgage. After refusing to refinance with them (and being harassed with phone calls for about 6 months), they sent me a letter claiming the escrow was underpaid and my monthly payment increased by $250. I'm now stuck paying more per month than I ever have, despite having refinanced with them shortly after they purchased my mortgage. Since the monthly payment increased, they have once again been harassing me with letters and calls about their home equity loans, as well as sending refinancing offers. My whole experience with them has led me to believe they're nothing more than a bunch of scammers.
