  Fact: Not all mortgage lenders are the same. You should care about the level of customer service they provide. The better the service and communication, the easier the closing will be and surprises will most likely be non-existent. Working with Mike Murgatroy's team of people was great and I was able to get the best rate possible because of their efforts. The closing was flawless and I would use them again for any future mortgage needs.

  My experience with Mike Murgatroy's office was the smoothest and most pleasant mortgage experience I've had. This was the first time I've applied for a mortgage online without actually meeting the mortgage officers in person, and the process was easy and seamless. His team members were easy to contact, and they were always courteous and professional. My mortgage closed on time thanks to their hard work, and the closing costs were lower than other lenders I contacted. I recommend his office without reservations.

  We had a great experience when we got our mortgage through Guaranteed Rate! Mike and his staff were professional and awesome with getting our mortgage pushed through quickly.   Mike and his team did a wonderful job again getting us into our second home. This is not our first time going with Mike, his team and GuaranteedRate. My wife and I went with Mike getting our first home and we went with Mike again when we refinanced. What my wife and I really appreciated from Mike and team is that they are straight to the point and they also gave us options of what kind of mortgages are out there that we felt comfortable going with financially. The mortgage process was online and simple to do and this process made it very quick to get a loan from Mike's team at GuranteedRate. Very highly recommended.

  I have worked with Mike and his team since 2010 using them for two home purchases (one in FL and one in AZ) and a refinance (in FL). They have been very easy to work with and have always beat their competitors. I appreciate what they have always been able to do. I feel they have always been fully transparent about what is going on during the process. They usually give multiple options for the situation and give great guidance on what is the most financially sound choice. I will always consider them when looking for home financing options.

  I am always able to compete with other lenders because I work off very thin margins. So many mortgage companies are just down right greedy and overcharge their clients. I wont win every loan, but I will be able to say to my clients that I am competitive and more importantly can get the job done the right way! Also, I feel that educating my clients and providing them multiple choices empowers them to make informed decisions on what is usually the biggest asset a personal could ever have . . . their home!
