  Ms. Gina M. Guenther Provided great service from the minute I called to inquire about a quote for my handicap accessible vehicle and renter’s insurance. It took her no time to find me the best quote that was much cheaper than the insurance I had, the day I called she stated that she will get call me back soon with the quote and by the next day, I had the quote, made the payment and received the greatest service I could’ve hoped for.

  It took the claims department over six weeks to even address my insurance claim. When they did address it another three days to mail a check. The check was mailed to the wrong address. Now it’s going to be another three days. Summer is almost over and I don’t have my motorcycle I do not believe that this company should be selling motorcycle insurance they are not equipped to handle the claims. And Tyra‘s office promise to follow up and see my claim through once they learned that I was having trouble there were no follow up calls and nothing was done about it.
