  The branch is great. Paris was the sweetest but is now retired. The 2 tellers Terri and Jeanie are the best. Denise, the manager is awesome at what she does. Wonderful, friendly and fast service from them.

  Very displeased with my overall experience with this branch and actually PNC in general. I wish Dollar Bank was closer, but North Royalton is filled with other banks so we will give another one a try. I would not recommend this branch or PNC to others.

  Went in two weeks ago to re-activate my account after being with another bank for a couple of years. They got my debit card on order and told me my checks would be ordered in the morning. I asked should I stop in and confirm they told me no everything will be taken care of. Two weeks and no checks so I stopped in and asked about them "oh I'm sorry they never got ordered" So they have my direct deposit I have to wait another 2 weeks for my checks and I still have to pay for them... Now I remember why I left PNC in the first place. Although the people were friendly and seemed sorry the follow up with this bank is poor. I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends to use PNC and I will be leaving as soon as I use up the checks that may show up in the next couple of weeks..

  The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I go through the drive thru to get quarters because I have 3 small children, they cannot put the money through the drive thru machine so they bring it out to my car! Above and beyond in customer service!

  This branch is great! Ladies are amazing and service is lightning fast! Never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Highly recommend!
