  I just did my first loan, and it was great. I was nervous but the staff made need feel at ease, and walked me through every step of the way. Come to this place and talk to Susana if you need some cash.

  I wan to give this store a huge thank you for helping me even though i walked in after 6 pm I went to the Avondale location 2 days in a row and both days I was turned away because it was past 6 pm and the associate was not gonna have enough time to finish the loan I waited the first day at the location on DYSART for a good 30-40 min before the associate said you'll have to come back another day no time I just want to say I really appreciate you SUSANA for your help with my loan in this time of need my mother had surgery today and i needed the money for her copay again your awesome thank you so so much god bless

  🔥🔥THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE!!!!! 🔥🔥 SHOUT OUT TO SUSANA @ TIO RICO!!! THE GIRL IS #BADDD! SUSANA -AKA- MZ. TIO RICO, HOOKED US UP! I mean she even STAYED AFTER HOURS just to make sure we got what we came for! When we arrived (the first time) we thought we were gonna be 'S.O.L.' and were about to leave with our tail between our legs, just SAD 😢 ...But then as she walked us to the door she asked a couple questions... next thing you know we were sittin' at her desk doing paperwork and walked out that place just as HAPPY!!! 😀😊😁😂 We laughed and talked the entire time and she made us feel very comfortable. THANK YOU SO MUCH MZ. TIO RICO!!! MUCH LOVE TO YOU SUSANA. WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU'VE DONE - YOU HAVE BEEN A TREMENDOUS HELP & BLESSING TO US!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  This place is Foul! I make my payments early every two weeks and they charge you a 3:00 fee all to be told that since you didn’t do your automatic payment it shows that your payments are late! How do you charge someone who pays faithfully on time all the time and it reports negatively ! I will never do business with the place again! It makes so sense !

  I would highly recommend Tio Rico's on 24th Street and Roosevelt excellent customer service friendly atmosphere two of the best employees I've ever met thank you Susanna and Irene for working with me and helping me with my loan I've been to other competitors such as TitleMax and they have hirer interest rates then tio Rico's so stop here first they just might surprise you thanks again lady's
