  Not only was Raquel was amazing on the phone, everything she said matched what was reality in the office.   Came in to get a loan and it was fast and easy. Rodrigo was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this place and i was out in less then 30 mins. I should of came here earlier instead of wasting my time at other places and getting denied.

  At first when I walked in to apply I was going to walk away because there was 3 customers ahead of me . The loan officer was very respectful and actually convinced me to stayed , his name is Marcus. Omg he was fast got to me in 20 min everyone left with a smile! Good job Marcus love your attitude!

  The process was real easy and Elizabeth was SUPER cool and has an AMAZING attitude! I enjoyed talking to her and her help! She told me how well they treat the employees too! It shows!!! I didn't need that much but still if I did need to borrow again I come here with the quickness....

  Had a very good time there both loan officers Rodrigo and Marcus were very helpful, they helped out the moment I walked in, didn’t make anything difficult at all. They made sure to give me the best offer that they were able to. I recommend it both very knowledgeable I’ll be back for sure.

  Great customer service!!! Fast and easy. I needed money to get my car fix and they have no problem helping out. Payments are very low and I'm paying off my loan when making my payments. THANK YOU TIO RICO.

  Bad customer service I paid loans and they gave me the same copy's of the payments and they did fraud 🤥 and made me pay more then I should have...They stole my car wen I told them dat someone stole my identity the fraud on my car they still came and took the car even though they said that I can go through the investigations with the police so they can fingerprint the car but Tio Rico still took the car... They said they was going to work with me I had gotten my I had got my friend to get another loan on their car that Theo Rico said that they was going to help me to get my car out and when we got the loan and tried to pay for my car to get out they wouldn't receive it..They knw my car has a recall...
