  Tina is beyond excellent. I would recommend anyone needing financing contact and use her for the process. She made it so easy and effortless on my part to refinance my house. She is well organized and knowledgeable. Tina is very responsive. I felt like I was in the loop and updated constantly. She even went above and beyond to help me with a preexisting issue with title, that I didn't know existed until I got in the refinancing process.

  Tina provided the most pleasant, seamless, professional, and money saving refi I've ever experienced (and I've done a few)! Her rates far beat any I was able to find on my own and she was able to time our closure to skip two monthly mortgage payments instead of one. I really appreciated having that extra money in the bank. The title company meet me at my home and I just can't express how easy it was to do the whole process. Thank you Tina for making saving money on our monthly mortgage so easy.
