  Like many things - there is the 'easy way' and the 'hard way'. Mortgages are NOT fun...take the 'easy way' -- CALL TIM PETERSON. Tim has forgotten more about mortgage strategies than anybody should ever want to learn! I was tremendously pleased with Tim's communication, attention to detail, and general candor and kindness during the process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Our realtor recommended Tim when my husband and I bought our first home, and we just went through the refinancing process with him. Both have been excellent experiences. He is lightning quick at getting the work done (which helped us get our offer in quickly) and checking in with us with updates throughout the process. Tim breaks everything down in an understandable manner with humor and patience. Highly recommend!

  Tim was fantastic. It was a very long process for me to get my mortgage refinanced. Started the process in March 2019 and finally closed today (12/6/19). Through waiting for my bankruptcy to be discharged to having to get a legal name change Tim was there for me the whole time. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a 6.99% interest rate on my old mortgage during my bankruptcy so most of my payments were going to the interest and not the principal. Tim was able to get me a much lower interest rate. I would certainly recommend Guaranteed Rate to anyone. Especially if you are getting ready to be discharged from a bankruptcy and want to start over fresh!! Make sure to ask for Tim Peterson. He is absolutely awesome!!!

  I was in a very difficult financial place when my realtor suggested Tim. He was my last resort and it ended up being the best decision we could have made. Tim was very reachable for all of my dumb questions and very easy to work with. He communicated with me every week just to check in or let me know the status of my paperwork.
